It is through internal dialogue that a person can recognize their own talents, gifts, and strengths, using them for the greater good and thus creating a ripple effect on this planet. |

| It is my personal mission to inspire people to use their talents, gifts, and strengths for their own personal growth and ultimately for the Greater Good. In order to do this, I will validate with them what they have gone through. I will help them dis-create old negative, self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors and replace them with newly owned self-empowering ones. I hold that my clients are creative, resourceful, and whole within themselves and have the answers for their lives. |  |
